Goal
The SharePoint:PeopleEditor show the icons on the right side instead of bottom.Sample Page : ASPX

I am not sure if many know about this or this is normal, but just wanted to share. Let me know if this helped.
I was looking to achieve the same thing. I found a property in the people picker called "PlaceButtonsUnderEntityEditor". Adjust that setting to "False" and the icons should appear to the right. Hope that helps.

DeleteYou are 100% correct PlaceButtonsUnderEntityEditor="false" did the work. I tried to find out this at that time but didn't got the solution. But you are correct this works.
